OK, I've seen a lot of threads on this with a lot of conflicting information. Could somebody please give answer a few questions for me?

I recently bought a creatine combonation that I plan on using. This is my first time ever using anything other than Whey.

-It has 10g per serving. So, for the first 5 days, I do a 10g serving 20 min after breakfast and then another 10g serving 20 minutes after my workout?

-Do I take in it on days when I work out, but don't use weights?

-Some days I just spar or run. Would I avoid using it on these days, even if it's during the loading phase?

-What is the recommended amount of time to take it before I take a break and how long should that break be?

Like I said, this is my first time with this stuff. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks.

Cool. Thanks for the tips.

I usually drink a gallon and a half of water a day already, I'll just up that and hopefully I'll be OK.

As for the last question, I meant do I take it for 3 months then off 3 months, or what?

I suggest taking creatine at 5grams per serving once a day with apple juice or another non-acidic drink like grape juice. DO NOT TAKE IT WITH CAFFEINE. NO COFFEE. NO TEA. NO NOTHING WITH CAFFEINE LIKE COKE. It ruins cancels creatine's effects. Also I don't cycle off creatine, i just take maybe a little less on days i don't work out liek 3 grams. Also on days u work out I suggest u take it with D-Ribose, 5 grams, so 5 grams of each. You will notice that the combo is extremely effective. D-Ribose is not that expensive i got 1000g for 55$ i believe with everything, so it coems ou to like 30 cents per serving. Creatine should be bought monohydrate powder. No extra crap. Cell tech is a waste of money. 20$ vs 50$ cheapest 7gal container of cell tech i found online, plus a whole lot less doses. Only benefit is that u don't need juice...but then I am sure u can fidn it on sale a lot cheaper too..Anywayz hope this helped
