I need some help. I need something health for breakfast but good taste! I dont like yogurt or otmeal... thats what other people have suggested. ANyone have any good ideas?
You like eggs? Try making 6 hard boiled eggs. Cut them up with out breaking the yolks. Dispose of 5 of the yolks and crush the remaining yold up and dispurse over all the 6 whites and enjoy.
Do you like cream of wheat or cream of rice? You can also just cook egg whites or egg beaters. I eat 1 whole egg and 3 whites every morning with a cup of fruit.
There are lots of recipes to make healthy pancakes etc on the recipe board. Kashi go lean is a great cereal to, it's especially good added to some yogurt.
