Ok, so what about those foods which you burn more calories through digestion than from what the actual food contains? Does anybody know any good meals like that or snacks?

There is cabbage soup, part of the cabbage soup diet. Basically, this soup is just cabbage with whatever vegetables you want to add for flavor, but you can find a recipe on the internet if you want. I wouldn't recommend the diet itself because it is completely unhealthy, but the soup isn't too bad for a low cal, fat burning meal. I recommend eating this soup once a day, especially when you know your other meals will be fatty.

So does cabbage, eaten in any form, burn calories or only the soup? What about sour kraut?

Natural Thermogenesis – certain foods you eat elicit a thermogenic effect, thus causing your body to burn more fat than one would expect from a caloric deficit alone. Concentrate on including these foods in your nutrition plan.
a) Fruit with an excellent Thermogenic/Carbohydrate Ratio include: Apples, Blueberries, Grapefruit, Peaches, Strawberries vs. Inferior Thermogenic Effect Fruits: Bananas, Dried Fruit, Raisins, etc., Watermelon
b) Thermogenic Vegetables: Asparagus, Broccoli, Cabbage, Celery, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Onions, Radishes, Spinach, Tomatoes
c) Almost all proteins have a desirable thermogenic effect EXCEPT: proteins that are very high in fat, processed lunch meats, and processed proteins

Eating apples is always a good choice.
This does not enclude apple sauce, most has lots of bad sugar, added.

I like a plain peice of fish or chicken with thermogenic vegetables, no nonsense dressings or gungey stuff.
a yellow pepper, red tomato, asparagus or broccoli or cauliflower and onion and a touch of spinach all raw.
Cooked broccoli doesn't have the same thermogenic effect as a nice raw floret. I don't cook my vegetables at all now. Try it you can get used to it and make it 'normal'
