I am 16 yrs old and currently working out again.I used to work out quite a bit when I was younger but stopped. I started back up again. Its been 3 weeks and tha results are amazing,I eat right,take protein,have a routine and stick with it. But just recently I bought this kind of Whey protein with Creatine Plus in it. It says it is much more effective the regular creatine. I am wondering if I need to still take protein with this shake though. =)
just read the label it should tell you how many grams of protein per scoop. If you are getting between 30-40 grams of protein per 2 scoops than its enough.
