OK so i've read that barbell curls are the best mass builder for biceps, but what if i want mass more on my outer biceps, is the ez curl bar the best for this? Also should i hold the inner or outer grip?

Concentration curls give you a good outside of the bi-cep. The EZ-Curl bar is doing teh same excercise as a straight bar with a slightly different grip making it easier for you to lift the weight thats it. Also when you use either the ez-curl or straight bar when doing bi-ceps and you use the reverse grip you are working your forearms and thats the primary reason for using the reverse grip for that excercise.

To hit the outer part of the biceps(brachialais), use a hammer grip and pronated grip curls.

thanks for the feedback guys. Actually i have been doing hammer curls and different variations for the last 4 weeks.Now i want to get my bi's bigger but at the same time work the outside more. I read in a magazine that (with barbell curls) " to emphasize the outer heads and the barchialis muscles on the outsides of your arms, use a cambered bar." Is that the same as the ezcurl?
