I finally got my photo up so thats going to be my BEFORE photo and after 12 weeks on this program I am going to post my AFTER photo. I can tell you all this my first day which was yesterday my legs are burning like mad. I dont usually do like 20 reps-16-14-12 for anything but now I know why I didnt..lol. I am sure its going to work though. I enjoyed my shoulder day which was today as I absolutely love doing shoulders big shoulders are very important to me its the best part of my body as I never neglected it. My legs on the other hand are my most neglected part.
Hi bbronswyk2000, good to "see" ya! I don't know if you did, but be sure to do a 8-10 minute warm up and the same with a cool down, may help with "some" of the pain.
