oscar....I've noticed that after a fairly short period of time checking carbs/proteins/fats, I can now safely estimate what I'll get out of certain foods. That said, I don't really monitor my diet all that closely unless I'm making a transition to cutting or gaining. Try monitoring everything closely for a few weeks, and eventually you'll develop eating habits that keep your diet fairly consistent. PM me if you'd like some easy recipes.

Why not just set up a sound diet, this is where your gains come from. There is nothing out there more anabolic than food. You will make more gains with the proper diet than with any supplements on the market. If you insist on giving money away, make it worthwile and give it to a good charity.

let me explain.
I would prefer doing that except that I'm not very good with diets, at all. I eat whatever is available when it's time to eat. And I don't think I could keep up with checking how much carbs/protein/fat my food has 4 times a day. So I turn to supplements. Sometimes to replace a meal when I'm in a hurry or just to get the stuff I need post workout. I can do with the muscle volumizers, amino acids, etc. But I feel that I probably wouldn't be getting what I needed from food for optimal muscle growth. i don't like having to pay extra...I avoid going to the nutritional store as often as possible cuz I'm tempted to get the latest stuff they have out be it vitamins, creatine, whatever... it's mostly just a mental thing. Like if I get this or that, I'll grow faster etc.
If I had someone to guide me thru the proper food and give out easy to make recipies that would feel like a diet, then I wouldn't have to be asking about buying products.
I don't plan on buying supplements all the time, just till I reach a fitness level that I'm happy with, Not too far away.

now into my 6th (out of 8) wk program. I've been taking creatine and MRPS. After my wk off, I want to try a new product(s). I'm still considering the SAN Products.
I need suggestions.
I don't just want something that pump me up during a work but produce no results. I want something that can deliver at the end. I want to see pure muscle mass gains. Preferably something for pre and post workout.

Welcome to REAL bodybuilding OSCARG. If you are not good with diets/proper eating, you will NOT make optimal gains. Eating right is half the battle. I know its extremely tough, but that s what we are here for.
