You're trying to go from 2000 to4000 cals per day. You gotta do it gradually.

Their are not a ton of carbs in protein powders mostly just protein. I have the same problem as you actually I am supposed to consume 3700 calories a day and I am almost 1000 calories away everyday and I eat 6-8meals a day so who knows. Their are less calories in protein as their are in carbs and as well all know fat has the most calories but I nevr go over 50 grams of fat a day as I weigh 235lbs. I guess I just need more carbs maybe drink some gatorade or something I dont know. I am going to start finding more foods or drinks witrh carbs that are not high in sugars.

Ok, I'm not eating enough calories according to my meal plan, I was given a bottle of Probioplex which contains:
1560mg Protein
1035mg carbohydrates
170mg Lipids (including Lecithin)
Would this help adding calories, or just protein and carbs...
