I guess i should have been more specific, sorry bout that. Your thinking of HIIT, high intensity interval training, its for cardio, i was asking about high intensity training with weights. Thanks anyway for the reply though lol.

I'm am interested in trying this hit training. Just wondering if anyone has any stories about the gains they made while using HIT, and if anyone has a good HIT workout plan, also if anyone has any tips on the subject, please contribute.

I use it for my cardio 2 days a week and it makes me soaking wet with sweat. If you follow a good diet and workout with weights and incorportate it in your workout you will see good results.
