Hey all, i wanna ask u all something i wanna do this basketball program but i got 4 weeks left for FT program but i just wanna do both but i dont know how i wanna do it but here is the workouts that this basketball program goin to have me doin

Basketball Program:
4-6 reps for squats
4-6 reps for step ups
calf raises 8-10 reps
6-8 reps for back extensions
12 reps for weighted crunches

and i hope u understand me lol, plz help me so..i dont have to stop doin this FT Program :dumbbell::big_smile::dumbbell:

I would add reverse curls in there maybe 8-10 reps 4s because that excercise will build your forearms and your biceps at the same time, when I was playing I did reverse curls every time I worked out my biceps and the range on my shot increased dramatically. Also add lunges maybe some jump rope and even close grip pulldowns ( helps bring in the rebounds harder and faster ) good luck

ibnu_786 - this workout is to help my jump too so..im not looking to workout my forearms but thx for your reply

For BB you'll need strong legs for running and jumpinh and arms for those rebounds, so you should get in some...Squat/leg Curl/Bench Press (Help Thrust the ball), Deadlift(or back extensions), & Lying Tricep Extensions.
