Ok, now my mind is messed up, i wanna finaly know, how much protein do i need per day, i have 92 kg's, and im preety defined...!

I would suggest 202 gr. per day, which is 1 gr. per lb. of bodyweight. If you are training hard, and trying to gain lean mass, you most probably can use more. And if dieting, the same holds true as you reduce your carbs, the leaner you get, the body will try to steal your lean tissue. This may sound like alot, but it is relatively easy to do. If for instance you take what would be a good amount post training, 50 gr., this leaves but 150 gr. In 5 meals this is only 30 gr. per meal, very easily done.

ok, what if i stay under 202g per day, lets say 150 or less, will there be absolutly no size increase?

then your body's protein needs will be taken from the most obvious source left == your own muscles. In which case, you won't see any gains, because your body will start cannibalizing your own lean tissue if you don't give it proper nutrition.

I'm sure bb1fit has more advice to give though on exactly what happens. I'm still on the learning process.
