I'm going to the beach in about a week. I have been bulking for a while, so I gained some fat on the stomach (not that much though). I'd like to lose however much I can before I go. I have read on a diet that has you doing cardio every day and weight training on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You eat generally a pretty low carb diet (under 80 grams for me) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on Monday Wednesday Friday, you eat the same until after your weights, then you eat alot, for me I would get about 250 carbs, 80 g protein, and 10 grams of it fat within 6-8 hours after the workout. Does anyone think this would work? BB1? Jdelts?

Carb cycling works well. One easy way to go is for instance 3 days of low carbs, no lower than 100 for instance from fibrous sources mostly, and then on the 4th day double that. Then drop back to low carbs. This is very easy to do, but there are many ways.
Another bit more complex way is like this...I like this one, and works well....
Day 1:
1/2 gram of carbohydrates per pound of body weight
Day 2:
same
Day 3:
2 grams of carbohydrates per pound of body weight
Day 4:
1-1 1/2 grams of carbohydrates per pound of body weight
Day 5:
Start cycle over
Have between 1 1/2-2 grams of protein on your low carb days. On the high carb day lower it to 1-1.5 grams. (carbs are protein sparing). You will get enough fat from most of your meats in this case. The theory is, short-term carb cycling forces the body to turn to fat for fuel supply, and then brings back carbs before any damage can be done to muscle tissue, thyroid hormone or the metabolism.
You should have very slow burning carbs on day 1-2. i.e. Vegetables, and oatmeal. On the high carb day steal stay clean, but have plenty of starches.
