I'm just counting down the days until school starts...how can I eat healthy at school? There's like nothing healthy there at all and I don't really want to stink up the cafeteria with tuna!

depends on the options of the cafeteria. to save money and keep it healthy take in a packed lunch with healthy snacks for during the day as well as your lunch. there's plenty of ideas on the site, just check out fitbuddy. happy eating

Another problem I have about the taking the food thing to school is, where will I leave the food? Do you think that a protein bar would be a good solution?

Here's a good recipe. Take a chicken breast put it on aluminum foil. Spread a decent amount of your favorite BBQ sauce all over it. Wrap the aluminum over the breast and place it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 - 30 minutes or 15 - 20 if you cut it up. If you did it right, the chicken should come out very juicey and not need any extra condiments for taste. The great thing about this is you can make chicken this way for an entire week within 30 minutes. Of course you will need to add in your carbs and fibrous carbs (brown rice and broc are my fav).
