I can't really seem to work my neck out too well. It's too freakin' skinny though. I need some size on it because it's starting to be out of proportion to the rest of my body.

I live in an area where Rugby sport is huuuge, so lots of rugby players here wanting to train their neck. I had to buy a special head equipment (helmet sort of thing...)where you put on a charge, immobilize the rest of the body and then just move the head up and down.... I'm sorry I don't know the word for this one, but I know that it works!

All I do for my neck is shrugs and I've gained well over an inch on my neck this year. The harness thing that is mentioned in a post above works great as well. I used to use it when I played football in high school. It kind of looks like some sort of weird torture device with leather straps that fit over your head and a chain that hangs off of it so you can load on the weight. If you happen to ever use one of these things, go very light the first couple times you use it. Your neck is not something you want to hurt!
