what is the best time to workout

there no set standard, everyones clock is different.
However i thihnk metabolicaly I read somewhere between 12 and 2 is when your metabolizm is the highest. However i get to th egym at about 400 or 430, some people work out at 11 at night........if it works do it. Expierement try morning, mid afternoon, after noon and at night if you can, and see what feels better.

From what my research has told me your T:C ratio is highest in the morning. Testosterone to Cortisol. Said this is the best time to workout for best results. Only read this somewhere once, so don't quote me. If it's true, the reasons are obvious as you would definitely want to work out while your testosterone is highest. However you will need to counteract cortisol.

The best time is when you can find it. No excuses and no amount is to little compared to nothing and it all adds up in the long run.
