:)Hi im new to this and I just wanted to know what everyone goals are?? and why they are doing this?? but only of you wanna say!! Well I'll tell you mine I wanna loss weight because I am a Native American and i have a very high risk for getting diabetes and losing weight can help reduce my risk.
Hi, I'm new too. Nice to meet you Blkft Honey. Your goal sounds like an excellent one. If only more people had that awareness. I recently heard a statistic that now 1 in 20 Americans are more than 100 pounds overweight!! Hence the popularity of those super-sized combo meals! :)
My goals are:
1. to establish a long-term routine for exercise
2. to have slightly lower body fat
3. to have much better cardiovascular fitness
4. to avoid my family's hereditary paunch
