2nd week into this...and I lost my motivation!! My first week, I did soo well...exercised daily...ate right.. 2nd week...slacked some on the exercising...and ever since I cheated with birthday cake...I havne't ate like I should...not bad, but not right. Then...being broke makes it hard to buy the right food..so I have to eat whats left in the cabinets before I started this diet.
Ok...I'm ranting and venting here...but I just blew it already...do I really need to wait til I have the money to buy the right groceries before I'll get back on track??!?!!?

STAY MOTIVATED!!! Just think about what got you motivated in the first place! I hear ya about the money for groceries, but there are lots of healthy foods/snacks that don't cost alot. You can't use that as an excuse!
YOU CAN DO IT! I am just starting myself, but I also just quit smoking. I know that if I don't stick with the plan, I am going to wind up gaining LOTS of weight!
YOU CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

You are motivated otherwise you wouldn't be here, and caring about yourself.
Just get back on track and don't try reaching all your goals in one week.
You can do it.

Hey,
you kno what? I kno how you feel.. I mean... I only managed the first few days the first time I tried to lose some weight and all that...
But you could probably stop the slacking off by eating sugarless gum to prevent you from over eating

Just my update...I'm still slackin...but I'm not eating as bad as I once did. And...I don't want to lose weight..just tone! I actually lost half an inch off my waist, so that's not too bad, but still doesn't make me 'gung-ho' back into this. I'm staying with diet drinks, no sweets to speak of, because I was told that to tone my abs, diet is 99% of it...that even tho I'll do ab workouts every other day or so...it wont' help unless I watch the fat intake...
right??

Yep, you got that right. You might as well want to cut off the diet drinks and just drink water and real fruit juice.,. I mean, yea, that makes life miserable... but it's better than diet coke/pepsi or whatever that is you're drinking...
Well, keep up the work, if you wanna get motivated, perhaps you could tape up a poster of this fancy dress that you've always wanted to fit in2, but you couldn't.. Keep it on your wall like a "goal". It helps
Keep it up
