Hi,
Can anyone give me advice on what parts of the body to work daily? My routines now are mixed up and I wonder if this is good. I exercise 5/6 days a week at night and jog 4 days a week in the evenings for 30 mins. I hope to bulk up. So, does whey and egg protein help in this matter? When and how much should I take? And I'm 21, 46kg, meduim built.
Thanks!

Welcome to FT! Sign up for the work-out routine that is avaliable to you on the site. This will give you your daily plan.
Whey is best - depending on your weight, about 1g per pound.

I don't recommend working out 6 days a week. 5 is a maybe. If you are trying to bulk up you may want to try 3-4 days a week doing basic movements like bench, deadlifts, bent over rows, clean and press, straight arm curls and so on. To gain mass you want to work out less often and use heavier weight and cut down on cardio. Do not go too heavy, specially if you are just starting out. You will need to gain mind/muscle control over the weight.

if your trying to gain, excercise less and eat more. Id say work out 4 days a week( weights) and run 2 times a week at most.
