I work out 3 days a week about 5am.New to this so here goes.A prework out drink of grapejuice/creatine weights for about 15-20 mins.A postwork protien shake than about 20 mins of cardio on a tredmill is this routine any good???? On nonwork out days would i still need the pre and post work out drinks??? im 5'8 about 177 lbs looking to bulk up a little any help would be great this is a great site my first post WOO-HOO
