I do 30 mins of cardio and burn around 440 calories in the mornings. Was wondering can i add to the cardio n do another perhaps 20-30 mins of more cardio at night? probably try buring off another 300-400 calories so taht my total calorie loss will increase per day? or is that just plain unhealthy.
I run 3 times a week n weight train 3....1 day of rest.
You cooooooouuuuuuuuuld do that and be alright, its not unhealthy, however you would be better off just doing it all in the morning. If you run on off days from lifting then youre fine, but try to avoid cardio before or after lifting. Before will take away from your workout, and after will work to stop the anabolic state that your body is in PWO. Plus you wont be able to take down that yummy shake right after pumping iron:)
