What are some of the best ways to gain muscle without gaining fat I have heard people say eat, eat, and eat some more, but also to include lifting. This puts too much fat. Are there any safe supplements that could help mass muscle production?

Gain Muscle by lifting heavy and increase your protein intake to 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.. Control fat gain by eating a good clean diet. Calculate your calories needed and stay with in those guideline. See the nutrition section. There are lots of great nutrition sites on the web too.

High intensity lifting and progressive overload..... AND the diet of course..... If you just EAT, you'll get fat and nothing else lol

Use heavy compound movements when training. Up your calorie intake, but keep it clean. Try to get 1.5 grams of protein per pound. If you're looking for supplements creatine should work nicely.

DO heavy compound movement stay in the 4 sets of 1 to 8 reps with 2 warm sets of 15 reps with about 30% to 40% of your 1MR.Eat at least 6 meals per day check your weight weekly, gaining more then 1 to 2 pounds per week and you`ll be adding fat.GOOD LUCK! Creatine, L-glutamine, Liver tablets, amino acid, protein powder or meal supplement are good for building muscle but the key is good nutrition and heavy workout.D`ont over train.

I'm finishing the 7th week of the mass exercise program - 4 times week. The first 4 weeks, I didn't change weight, but did gain some muscle size and definition, so I was working away some fat. The past 3 weeks I've gained 3 pounds and more definition. Now, I haven't been eating enough, but still am gaining.
