I am looking for someone who would be brave enought to help monitor my eating and exercise. I would let you know what I have eaten for the day and what activities. If anyone is brave enough I would appreciate the help. I have worked out for 3 months now and the weight is the same but inches have been lost. I really want to see weight loss, 40 lbs. to be precise come off of me. the extra support of people who know what I should probably be eating would help me in a big way! All of the carb diets and fad diets just don't seem to work for me.

Let me see if I understand. You are losing inches but not lbs? That's excellent! Let the mirror tell you if you are successful, not the scale. Remember muscle weights more than fat. Otherwise, if you want to clean up your diet, just tell us what you eat in a day and you'll get many posts telling you what you should change .

You are on the right track. I used to be discouraged when the scale always told me that I hadn't lost a thing, but my clothes fit alot better.

All you need to do is start keeping a journal of your exercise and what you eat. I keep track of everything. It gives me a visual of how much I'm eating and how much i'm exercising. Where i'm going wrong etc. It makes a huge difference, trust me. With the carb diets, which I have also tried, work but I never stick to them. Try portion control, like cutting everything into 4ths and just eat 3/4 and save the rest for a snack.

Remember to drink lots of water, eat at least 6 times a day (i've been told I don't eat enough and I'm overweight). Eating this often stabilizes your sugar levels and helps your metabolism. Good luck!!
