DOES ANYONE HAVE OPINIONS ON USING A BENCH SHIRT DURING COMPETITIONS?

I have used one or 2 in a few high school comps, they are fun, but a pain to wear. And I mean literally a pain to wear, they actually cut you, and a proper fitted one may cost you like 100 or more dollars. Wear one for the comp, if they alow it if you like, to me they are the same thing as knee wraps, and braces.....use themwhen needed, not to show off.
