get yourself a program on FT if you don't have 1 already and you'll 4 sure see some results within the first 2 months. 4 abs hit them hard as frequent as I can...I work them 6 days a week... try emphasizing the lower abs first, then the obliques and finish off with the upper abs.. It works for me..

Why do some people think that working their muscles more often will give them bigger gains? huh?!! Hi Rocker, you don't think that you might overtrain your abs, and do you know what happens if overtraining a muscle?!! (especially some very important muscles you use to stabilize yourself in every single movement you do...)
I know you got different degrees of work out and it all depends of how much you work your abs.
Anyway Mrkool, listen to our friend rocker and follow a FT program. Excellent advice, and excellent results too.

More times than not the definition in your abs directly correlates to the amount of bodyfat you carry. You can do killer ab work outs but until your BFat hits a certain level (different for everyone) you won't see that 6 pack.

Your diet is 80% of that. How are you eating? Keep a log for a week or two. Write everything down that goes in your tummy. Then adjust your diet if thats the prob (usually is!) Then once you clean up the diet you might have to add a little more cardio.
