Make a list of the things you are going to eat for the day, then plug them into the nutrition tracker to see how much protein/carbs/fat you are getting from each thing.. if you set up your profile here already, it tells you how much of each you should be consuming daily (adds up to your total caloric intake). Divide that by 5, and make up 5 small meals that add up to the appropriate amount of each macronutrient.
I had an IMPOSSIBLE time keeping below the indicated fat amount, don't panic about SLIGHT overages but don't double it either! You'll get enough fat from fish, any nuts, egg yolks, using olive oil or balsamic vinegrette for salad dressing, etc. that you should only eat protein and carb foods outside of that, granting a few grams of fat to each meal that is inherently there.
If you do a fit buddy search on words like breakfast, meals, lunch, snacks, etc you will find many many posts where people have listed what they eat and others have given advice on how to change it.. it would definitely be worth the time to scroll through some of them - VERY helpful.
Hope that helps you and good luck!!

How much fat do you want to average each day and what are you eating that is putting you over your fat limit for the day so quickly?
You are best to stick with lean meats, like chicken and turkey and non processed carbs to keep your fat intake down.

I would not count the trivial fat in most packaged foods. And even in your lean chicken breasts for instance either. If you do this, you will never be able to have your good EFA's. These are a must. Get your fat alottment from these, and about 10-15% from saturated fats. (yes, sat fats do have some benefit!)

You should try eating tuna, it has 1.5 grams of fat in it per can and lots of protein. In fact that's what most of the calories from tuna come from... you could add fat free maynaise and vegatables also...Try that out
