Some people are starting to say that I'm looking weak and ugly and that I don't look strong for my age... I've lost a lot of weight and I did it the wrong way...I need some help and advice guys please help...It's depressing :-(
I've been weight training for 2 weeks now...I don't know how much progress I've been doing though...it's kinda hard just guessing if you made any progress or not. I know it's not going to be there in one day, but I want to get really strong and buff. I take vitamins, I don't think I get enough food, and I get plenty of water...the rest thing, I really don't do anything all day usually just sit here in front of the computer...(it's summer time) I go to the gym in the mornings...how much calories does coffee have?
