Getting into cardio shape, is good for anyone of pretty much any age I think. we used to do jump rope for heart and running stuff in grade school. I just wouldn't over do it, maybe 3 or 4 times a week, lightly. However, this won't help much unles she changes her diet. Eating healthy will do alot more god with the cardio and joga, than just the dvds alone.
