You can use hair bleach to bleach the arm hair Prichard, might be more beneficial than taking it off. Remember that the hair has lightened to this color over time and if you have new hair growing out, it will be it's origional color.

If you do decide to use the bleaching, make sure that you go to a beauty supply store (NOT a drug store or regular retail store) and purchase a product for "on the scalp" bleaching. It is more suitable for the skin and less likely to burn since it is made to put on the scalp. The people who work at the store should be able to guide you in your choice.

If not, see me and I will type you through it.

Being a heterosexual male, I only understand "Ginger" as it relates to the "snap" variety of cookies or the redhead on Gilligan's Island. But couldn't you do just as well with a simple trimmer? I mean, it didn't seem like you planned to keep the hair off. If you just trim it right down you will cut off the parts of the hair that have changed color and leave the roots that are the original color.
