Hi all! I'm new to the club and have a diet related question. I am on a weight gain (currently 69"/160 lbs.)and lifting 5 days a week to build mass, so, Protein is the main course, but I am so tired of eating CHICKEN! Baked, broiled, grilled in many different flavors, but it's getting old. Any recommendations? I read tuna fish is a good one but you shouldn't eat too much. Are the protein shakes worthy? Can I get the goods at Walmart or do I have to pay the cost of GNC?

Much obliged.

(Could\\'ve swore I bought a Bowflex!)
Finding my Bowflex under a pile of clothes in the basement....PRICELESS!!

tuna is fine to eat also beef is great. The wally world protein is pricey for the quality. Try dps nutrtion.

Thanks hoss! I can add some variety to the meals if beef and tuna are OK. I'll check DPS Nutrition too.

I agree with mmaibohm about the protein at WM. get a good quality.

I am a short, medium built 21 year old female. I have a really hard time losing weight (5'3", 135) and decided to just build muscle instead. I had a lot of success starting my day with whey protein. Then I just made sure to get beans, eggs, any meats, fish, clams, beef, turkey... I think you will have success also. Good luck to you.
