Hello, I am new here and I am ready to start loosing the weight. I am a mother of three wonderful little boys, their ages are 4, 3 and 4 months. As stated in my profile, I gained about 60 pounds with each pregnancy and never fully lost the weight from all the pregnancies. With my third child though I have lost 40 pounds so far but that still put me at 60 pounds over weight. To be honest, it makes me feel so crummy. I need someone to keep on me you know, to make sure I am doing what I should to loose the weight. My husband is currently deployed overseas for the US Air Force and so he is not here to keep on me. So this is where hopefully you guys come in. I want to loose weight and be healthy and happy. I appreciate all your time and help in my reaching my goal of 60 pounds. I am not in a hurry to loose the weight but just need to loose it period. Thanks again!!

Thanks for your post, I guess my main concern is what to eat?? I don't know the proper foods that will help me loose the weight I want to yet give me the energy to keep up with my three boys. I have been walking with my boys every evening and the trail we go on is about 4.5 miles. (Let me tell you, I have a double jogging stroller and pushing three in that up hills is not exciting, but the results should be great)Please if anyone can give me advice as to what foods that are excellent to eat that would be great!

Just stay away from the processed foods out there, and take a look at the "Grocerey list for a Bodybuilder" post on the forums. Don't worry. it's only a title! Check it out, just type it into the fit buddy search engine down at the bottom of the page.
Pick out your protein, carbs and good fats.
