Yeah, so about melons...
I LOVE honeydew and cantaloupe, and have been noshing on a neverending fruit bowl that I cut up a week or so ago. I generally have it with breakfast or (and) lunch, but have found myself snacking on a few pieces in the evening lately too.
It's not on the bodybuilder list, but it's never mentioned as something to avoid.. can anyone share their knowledge as to whether this is an acceptable food while I'm in a relatively serious training phase?

High in water content, potassium, vitamin A and vitamin C and others.
Better than the canned crap for sure. Enjoy it.

Higher in sugar than the fruits on the BB List. I agree with carivan - just enjoy it.

I love melons, especially honeydew, and I stand with Veda on fruit...even with all it's sugar, its 100% better than eating ice cream, cake, brownies and stuff like that. So I say eat it!
