A female friend of mine is 5'1 and is maybe 100lbs and she has beautiful legs and arms....she has definition. You can see her muscles. However she has paid a trainer and is on this diet because she says she wants to lose fat. I dont see any fat on her!!! Her trainer put her on amino acids, flax seed oil, multi-vitamin, an extremely strict diet and some protein shakes. She has to work out every day and do 3 times a week of cardio... does this sound right? I am wondering since am her height and 160lbs should I be taking amino acids, flax seed oil as well? Please Help.

You as well as all folks should be taking in Omega 3's. Our diets are normally high in Omega 6's and way out of whack.
Aminos are up to you. They are a choice. If you are not dieting, then they probably aren't that necessary, as whey is very high in both BCAA's and full spectrum aminos.
