right now for bench press(flat) i am moving up in weight as soon as i hit the 8 reps for watever weight i am currently doing. for the past 3 workouts i have increased 2 reps from the workout before it. i was wonderin if this is normal and should expect it to continue(doubt) or if its just some kind of splurt. also in regards to the other post of my triceps hurting even with a wide grip, the last workouts have definitely improved since i added another exercise to train my tris.
