I don't know about losing fat and losing no muscle mass. I do know you can lose wieght and gain strength at the same time. You have to carefully count calories, moniter P/F/C and gradually create a caloric deficit. When cutting try dropping your calories by 250 per day for a week or two. Then readjust as necessary.

There is alot of talk here about body fat %. I have trained myself to not be too concerned about a number. Most methods of measurement are inaccurate anyway. Ask yourself if your cloths fit and if you're getting srtonger. Thats where its at.

The problem is that we don't always realize when we put on fat but we surely realize when we want to lose it, and then we want to get rid of it AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!!

The answer to your question is patience. Keep on weight training :dumbbell:, eat your proteins and don't lower your calories too much.
You should be losing 1-2lbs a week, and this would be fat. :)
