I need help coming up with some kind of work out program and diet. I have no clue as to how many calories I should have in a day or any of that good stuff. I have always been a skinny guy and finally decided I wanted to gain some weight. Right now I cant really afford a gym membership but hopefully there is some things I can do at home until Iam able to get one. Anyway thanks for reading.

Why not sign up for and FT program? gives you a home workout and tells you how many calories you should have a day...

Thanks, I guess I should have done some more searching of the site before asking any questions. I did the nutriton planner and found out what my intake should be. I need to have more protein and carbohydrates but less fat. The thing is I have pralyzed vocal chords and cant eat by mouth. Im on a liquid diet and fed strictly through a G-Tube(tube in my stomach). Iam pretty much limited to what I can eat, it basically has to be liquid and beable to flow through the tube. So how would I go about getting more prorein and carbs but less fat at the same time. thanks for reading, I know it was a long post and probably should have gone in the nutrtion section but I figured i would just keep my questions in the same thread. thanks.
