It doesn't really matter what you eat when, rather what you what you eat period. You want to get protien in all of these meals, along with some good, complex carbs. (Drink lots of water too)
A quick releasing (protien shake/bar, chicken) protien is needed right after working out and a slow releasing protien (dairy, ei: Cottage Cheese) before bed. Also try to avoid eatting to many carbs before bedtime if your trying to lose weight.
-------------- - Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.
