I'm not really new but I have never introduced myself so here goes....

I live in Vancouver, canada, I'm 29 years old and I've always been in decent shape, but of course now that 30 is getting close I am starting to notice that I need to do more to maintain this level. I currently way 155 (7 pounds heavier than last year). The reason for the weigh gain was a job I had that literally took up every spare moment of my time (14 hour work days on average- some 16, and one 21...) but now that job is done, and I need to lose that excess (and a bit more wouldn't hurt). So- I use the nutritional tool- I adjusted it slightly because I never seem to eat that many calories anyways and I figured slightly less carbs would be good too. My problem is I do seem to eat roughly 5-10 grams more fat a day than I should, plus I am a vegetarian (well I eat fish), so getting 155grams a day of protein is tricky too. The fat always seems to be high because I take flax seed oil daily... And I find unless I have 3 or more protein shakes a day there is no way I can get it to mt goal.

I do lift weights 3 times a week and am doing at least a half hour of cardio 3 times or more a week right now.

So- I guess what I need help with is figuring out how to eat low fat, high protein foods that are quickly obtained or made (I still work 10-12 hours a day). And should I be worried about the extra fat if it's "healthy"? I mean, I know fat is fat, but is that extra 10 grams really what's stopping me?
