can anyone give me some good high protein, low calorie ( or both) recipes i can make? especially ones that are normally considered "cheat" foods with healthier substitutions...any would be GREAT! :) thanks:)

You can also try with the searc fitbuddy below. There are alot of them.

Bill Phillips "Eating For Life." Buy the book. One of the best books out there. Great recipes. It is worth every cent.
