hahaha about 2 weeks ago i was just messing around thought id take a week and do weights like what ever stuff so on one of the days of this week i did my legs i musta done about 12 sets of squats and about 3 sets of leg curls n leg ext ( superset 2gether) i was lazy this week i kinda felt sick so my routine was all muzzled so i felt alrite but not quite up to it but i managed to do this.. and a whole heap of ab exercises n way i felt rly sick n light headed after that ( did b4 as wlel but i hadnt dont anything in ages felt like doing something :( lol anyway i took the next few days about 5 days on that day there my max i think was pushing for 210 6 reps but then after a week rest like i felt sick so i thought id stop for a while anyway yesterday when i did legs again i found doing 260 pounds for 3 reps piss easy what the hell did i do?? lol
some u guys prolly doing double that lol but i was surprised as this
all i did was like 12 sets of squats n crap but i kinda felt sick n light headed doing it.. maybe just the recovery of it hmm felt great for me anyway:big_smile::big_smile:
