I am not sure why, but whenever I do any sort of tricep extension it just kills my elbows. It makes doing them next to impossible; so I don't do them anymore.
The funny thing is, a few months ago I never had this problem. It only came about a several weeks ago, which is too bad because I found that I was getting the best results through extensions.
Now I am looking for some replacement tricep exercises that will let me shock some growth into them. Any suggestions?

You might go consult your doctor. It could just be a case of tennis elbow (bursitis) and might be able to be helped with a steroid (corticosteroid) shot.

check out the exercise section - you'll get alternative tri exercises that suit there. good idea to check it out with the doc incase you've strained something.

Tennis elbow never even crossed my mind. Maybe it will be a good idea to check that out. Thanks for the advice everyone.

i was having 'issues' with my saore left elbow, maybe tendons or cartilage i really don't know but i just couldn't tire the muscle as 'something' would be punishing me from inside the joint????
so my supplement of choice which I truly feel stopped this by lubricating the joint or comforting it in some way is glucosamine from health food shops/body magazines etc....
i take 1000mg a day and on tricep/chest days i pop an extra one for 2 days. i truly believe these work as a joint lube. look it up here or on the net.
