Confused on Supps schedule

I know this subject has been hashed out from many angles (which makes it even more confusing to get a handle on), but, is there a definitive, simplified schedule for taking supplements (ie; N-Large 2, Creatine Mono Pwdr, Glutamine Pwdr) ? I've read posts that say you can mix all three, with juice or water (instead of milk because of absorbtion). Can mixture be taken before and after WO? Should Glutamine be used in both shakes? Shakes on rest/cardio days too? My schedule: M-W-F (Strength Tng), T-Th-Sat (Cardio) Sun (Rest). If it applies, I am 69", 160lbs, 10% BF. I want mass and have started eating like a hoss to achieve my 3900 calorie intake. I've found the WO is the easy part, getting the diet just right is the tough one. (Not that I've ever been accused of this:laugh:) but,is it possible I'm being too anal about the diet/supps? Thanks for any help with the confusion!

Oh, and can I start loading creatine on a rest or cardio day or does it make a diff?
