When I want to enter a food that is not in the database into the tracker I add the carbs, protein, and fat grams. My question is, do you subtract the fiber grams from the carb amount? For example:
Kashi Go Lean Cereal
Carb 30g = 120 cal
Protein 13g = 52 cal
Fat 1g = 9 cal
Total 181 calories. However, Kashi has it listed as 140 calories because they subtract the 10g of fiber.
I like to track my fiber, but the nutrition doesn't do that does it? Thanks for any input.

TJ, I don't know about anybody else but with the veges I eat I never worried about fiber. I don't think you can track it with the FT rig.
