21 yrs. old, 5'10", 205 pounds....
i want to lose fat and tone up. how does my typical day look??
-6:30am 30 to 40 minutes of cardio(on an empty stomach)
-7:15 protein shake right after cardio
-9:00 fruit salad
-1:00pm chicken breast salad(what should i add??)
-6:00 brocolli, califlower, chicken breast
-7:30 weight training(for about 45 minutes)
-9:00 a couple of celery sticks with peanut butter
-9:30 bedtime
i know that i am asking for a lot but i am ready to live a healthy lifestyle and i am truly committed. please tell me what you think of my typical day and give me any extra information u can. thank you in advance.....

Well, only thing I'm going to comment on is diet. There will be others to comment. You are not eating enough or at the right times. You need to be eating at least every 3 hours. Especially since you want to lose fat. If you continue to eat 4 - 5 hours apart your body will continue to try to survive by storing the nutrients. Also, protein in every meal. The current diet you are on is going to cause you to gain fat and to lose muscle tissue.
To help you clean up your diet, take a look at the post "Bodybuilders grocery list" or something like that. Choose your protein/carbs/fats for each of your meals. Use the nutrition tracker to find out how many calories you should be getting. Divide your calories by 6. Try to get 6 meals evenly spaced with a proper balance of proteins/carbs/fats.

You won't have energy if you don't start eating. Then your not going to be motivated to go to the gym.
You need at least 2600 calories per day to eat well and train, according to your weight and goal.
