change your workout routine everytime your in the gym.
pyramid to heavy weights 7-10 reps.
less resting time.
intensity.
no chit-chatting in the gym, do that when ur done training.
10 minutes warmup and 15-20 bike when done train.
drink lots of water
cool down.

Not necessairy to change your workout routine every single time etc otherwise you'll just be risking overtraining which means no results of all.

But if it works for you then great, continue.

I agree with Philia...no need to change routine every time. Instead, vary the training split after about 3-4 weeks so your body's muscles continue to be "shocked." Train heavy, but also smart.
