For the past two weeks i have been eating two meals a day. One about 12-2 and the other bteween 7-10 at night. I work as a waitress and im always on my feet, but i never get hungry...sometimes i don't eat because i feel like im not hungry because i have been eating too much.
I would usually eat beans and toast and then chicken and potatoes for dinner. Im scared incase im eating too much! :(

your certainly not eating too much!!! you won't be getting sufficient nutrients in your body from that diet - especially if you are doing any kind of fitness work and because of your job type. you need to replenish your body of fuel on a regular basis. there's lots of info on the site and if you check with the nutritional tracker you can get a grip of how many calories per day. divide that by 5 and you've got your meal requirements. it would probably help to have smaller, regular meals for your day at work as well. good luck.

In order to raise your metabolism you need to eat about every 3 hours or so it will help significantly on losing fat and keeping your muscle mass, for example you don't have to eat a lot, just a few hundered calories or so, (300 per meal x 6 meals =1800) so even if your not hungry ~i'm usually not either~ then just nibble a little bit, you also need to add more fruits and veggies... if you want to watch what your eating dont eat things like - refined sugar ~aka donuts~ ect. white rice, white bread, packaged things, cihps cookies soda, things like that, make sure you are eating your wieght in grams of pro, for ex. if you weigh 120 lbs eat 120 grams of pro every day, eat whole grains, make sure you get enough fiber, fruits and veggies, and drink lots of water!!!!

You'll become FAT from not eating enough......... :surprised: Your metabolism will drop down, your body will eat its own muscles and it'll take you ages to recover after each work out or illness.
Our bodies need the energy so don't be afraid of eating, just east WISELY!...

You can order protein shakes online, and some of the bigger boots and tescos also sell them.
As for alternative snacks - tuna, nuts, cottage cheese etc.

Beek jerky is a good snack that is portable. Also, protien bars are good too!
