Having trouble deciding which way I should go when filling out my profile. I'm 27, around 5'10 and about 140lbs (dripping wet outta the shower...:() I want to gain some weight and lean muscle mass, but am not all about bulking up. At the same time, my body fat percentage is kinda high, around 18%, and I would like to cut that down so I can get a better look at my abs and just have more definition around my little muscles (makes'em look bigger ) Any advice?

Try the progressive gains in conjunction with the special abs program.

i'd say dito, 18% isn't that bad, mine stay around there all the time, although i'm a different body type as well. Go with the prgressive gains, right now till you figure out your body, and what it does, can do, can eat, can't eat. After 7 or 8 weeks, you can see where you stand, then revaluate.
