Hey My name is Kelley. Im new to this site. I am trying to loss my extra fat and get in shaoe for lacrosse season. My goal is to make the varisty Lacrosse team for my high school. I think i have a chance but it's goin gto be a lot of hard work and i think i am up for it. I want to thank people who made this site this is a perfect start for me to begin. Hi. Of course a good diet helps in all things what is your time frame and do you need to build stamina or muscles? elipitcal or treadmill work is good for stamina and doing weights will help with strenght. Swimming is also great for all that.
