running stairs, jump roping, body weight squats, lunges, running, bicycling, hydrants. These will help build muscle, but alas to get rid of fat you need to diet. Diet will shed the body fat, while the gain of muscle will help "tone" the legs..........buy some excercise bands then you can do abductors, adductors, leg kick backs,curls, all sorts of stuff.
-------------- if you kick a tiger in the @$$ , you then have to descide what to do with the teath end.
any guy can hold a girl by the hand, but only the select few can hold her by her feet!
