Ok i'm doing weight training at home(not gym) for quite sometime already but i don't think there is any significant results.
I'm 170cm (5"7) weight 75kg(165 lbs) my friends say i have big arms, the upper arm and the area just below the elbow. However
my hand is like a jelly(very flubbly) it only hardens when i squeeze. Also i don't take protien powder just eggs daily.
Is this because that i'm not getting enough training at home? or is it because i'm not having enought protien or both?
I've also decided to start running(my stamina is horrible)and have not been running for 7 mths so ....
MAIN QUESTION
Since i'm not gaining much/many (sorry i don't know which to use) muscles then should i instead burn fats by running ?
Also is there a way that i can eat before i run so that i won't lose my very few muscles but at the same time burn fat?
your height and weight sounds chubby? you may be short but quite broad/muscular? so if you are a bit chubby then why not get the cardio done and lose some fat 3 times a week and keep up the weight training 3 or 4 times each bodypart once- watch your diet more strictly ensuring you get the right foods according to your online profile/nutrition centre stuff. it is worth it.
