Train your abs with resistance to build the muscle, rest them, proper diet, and you will see your coveted six pack at a low enough bodyfat. You can do all the situps in the world, but you will never build a six pack this way. You will sure burn calories, and with a caloric deficit through this and diet will help whittle your bodyfat, but will not produce the six pack look you desire.
